Is your contract with the agency/ministry directly or via a third party? If the latter, no. If the former, i believe all contract/perm staff will usually be entitled to the standard bonuses and MI usually after the completion of one full year.

Anyone from PSD can share how's it like working there? I read on its website that there are flexible working arrangements, was this already in place before covid? Also, how's the salary like compared to other stat boards?
