No wfh and overworking is normalised here. You see people replying emails at 9pm, on weekends, during leave and mc.

Directive from the top is to "upskill" everyone and take on more work beyond their job scope. So they will send you to courses like AI, data analytics etc and then make you take on tasks related to those areas. Squeeze more work out of you.
