Y not? You also have a say in when to start isnt it. Just say that you wanted to take the PB first then tender on 1 Apr ..Don’t be afraid to voice out to HR. They are just acting as middleman btwn u and yr dept isnt it?

Just to check, i am currently at Statboard A and have just received information via email from my DD that i have been promoted wef from April 1st, HR will send an official email.
If i have already accept another offer from Statboard B and going via movement policy, Statboard B told me that they will offer whatever is my grade from April 1st, will Statboard A rescind the promotion?

start your new job after 1st April lah.. make it mid-April or end-April. HR of your current statboard can’t do anything to you since your promotion has been made official.

To add on, imo, it’s probably the most bastard move ever since you probably have been made known by your bosses that they are pushing you for promotion late last year. but you nvr give face to them. confirm tio blacklist by them.

They only told me will give me B grading but promotion not confirmed leh, can’t possibly wait then end up get nothing..and just nice there’s opening for this role that i am interested in therefore i applied…I guess it’s all the timing bah…if never go over to Statboard B also will tio blacklist leh…

Any info for mx13i salary range. Can’t find it on web
