Bump. Still correct? And why don't they show the salaries for the 2PQE and above. Surely it isn't that difficult to collate.

How many months bonus does the average big 4 assoc get? Is it of the front loaded or base salary? Are certain big 4 firms known to me more generous/stingy than others?

3PQE feeling incredibly burnt out at my small firm. It has about 10-15 lawyers. Pay is below market rate in the 6.5-7.5 range. I have spent more than 1 year here, but have felt increasingly manipulated and milked to do all sorts of work while my juniors have it easy.

Should I serve notice before finding a job? Notice is 2 months and it’s increasingly unbearable as I’m falling out with my team whose been starting to find trouble at every opportunity
