Default Reform of Women's Charter needed

Anyone wishing to speculate whether the pro-women Women's Charter had precipitated the murder of Isabel Elizabeth Francis because the financial hardship wrought upon the husband in the alternative scenario of a divorce would be too much to bear for the man? With increasing calls for gender and income equality shouldn't the antiquated Women's Charter be abolished?

Furthermore are those responsible for the one-sided Women's Charter also vicariously responsible for the increase spate of intimate violence and deaths?

As a family lawyer with decades of experience I have come to form the above nuanced view. Change my mind.

More examples of deaths over divorce cases!

"Nuanced" - characterized by subtle shades of meaning or expression. Your opinionated and heavily biased take is hardly nuanced, lol.

Hi all, curious 2 PQE associate here. Is it possible to transition from litigation to an in-house role at a MNC or a large company wihtout any corporate/transactional experience?
