It's around 3.8k to 4.5k, depending on the firm.

After a few years, most of us don't earn a fixed salary anymore.

Starting from yr 3, i earn a percentage of firm profits (no title change) with a guaranteed year on year increase of a certain percent, with a cap ofc.

Many of my friends in the building were offered a cut of their files starting from yr 3. The cut differs, but most of them are pretty happy with their arrangement.

to be honest, the range is quite large. It really depends on how many trials/arbitrations we handle a year.

I would say the avg over the years would be low 6 figures.
