Hi guys, I’m at the 2/3 PQE mark.

I’ve been offered an in house position at a reputable, large tech company for $6k, as well as another in house position at a manufacturing company that’s less prestigious in terms of brand name and location, but for $7k.

Which would you choose? On the one hand 1k seems significantly lower but on the other hand the prestige also matters.

Those figures are monthly base salary excluding bonus

Non troll here. Can share ur bg. I feel like even 7k seems to be low. I had an offer at 8+ and garaunteed additional bonus but turn down as felt too low.

Not OP but just wondering what kind of bonus we can expect in-house? Is it maybe 1 month?

1 to 36 months (the latter if it is at your daddy's company)
