Lol selectivity doesn't mean high pay.

MAS is notorious selective but they pay under 4K too. I am not sure about EDB but it ain't that high as well.

I just received the news and I have an assessment center in late march. Any advise?

I know there would be five component, Analytical reasoning aptitude test, Role playing, Presentation, Group exercise and Interview. But i do not know what would be the specifics or how it would be like.
