I also forgot to ask, is the pay scale there fixed, like everyone gets a certain fixed amount according to your experience and qualification or it is a case-by-case basis?
I am a degree holder, with 4.5 years of experience, my experience is relavant to the position that i am applying for. Would my pay be equal to another person with the numbers of years of my experience or am I going to re-start at entry level?
