Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. The multiplier for PB is as the table above but increment is +4% of salary on Dec of previous year. I haven't notice any variance for Bs and Cs.

You will get PB in March's salary and increment notice in March together with PB but applied from April onwards. The office must serve till 30 Apr if you want to resign and keep the PB.

U sure we middle wage? I dun tink so.

Anyway I understand that those who join before that certain month in 2012 get a 15% increment. The thing that bothers me is that why it is not applicable for those who JOIN after that period. The wage is not adjusted accordingly. My friend joined in 2012 gets that increment and his pay jump from $2062 to $2371 (MSO). For me, I joined only after that increment and my pay is not as much as my friend. Can somebody confirm this?

Haha.. i also like that.. join after 15% increment.. only get abt $2100 start pay while my friend join one year before and get the increment earn $2400 already.. really not fair.. also agree why those who join after did not get the adjusted salary wage.. now have to crawl to go up.. thats y i intend to take part time studies so that at least can earn at least $3k.. plus mso job really like slave, do so many sai kang work and underpaid.. trying look for other opportunity as well..

Ya lah. Dunno wtf is the govn doing. Shouldnt they adjust accordingly and apply it throughout the board? Or at least back pay us. Damn stupid. I could have pay off my poly loan mthly faster using that 15% increment. Damn stupid.

Ya.. actually when i apply i ask for $2300, but the HR say cannot cos my previous job pay only $1700 and ghe jump quite high so they can only offer me $2100 like that.. now after 1 year pay up to $2200 but still long way to a comfortable $3000.. actually dont understand, compare ite and poly pay not much diff but compare diploma and degree pay diff so huge.. i am also still repaying my poly loan.. hope can chop2 clear.. haha..
