Is this offer considered okay? Any suggestions

Do IT in stat board can get even better pay package than this

My background:
- IT Master degree in UK with 1st
- 2 years exp in Singapore

My salary is about SGD4000, is it low compared to people with the same background?
Can I expected for SGD4500 for an IT position in banks?

If you are an FT, you will start at 4k per month. If you are a local, you are already well paid. Good luck.

Disagree. How high can you climb in the stat board, and how relevent/valuable/marketable will your experience be worth a few years down the road?

Is it an IB?
If it is, 3.5K is too low.

Sounds like standard pay like government or normal company. What's the point of joining a bank and take all the stress and OT for such normal pay?
