Background:
local degree (second upper)
1.5-year exp (IT application development) in a foreign bank

Package:
Basic salary $3.5K + aws + variable bonus (2-4 months)

Is this offer considered okay? Any suggestions

Do IT in stat board can get even better pay package than this

My background:
- IT Master degree in UK with 1st
- 2 years exp in Singapore

My salary is about SGD4000, is it low compared to people with the same background?
Can I expected for SGD4500 for an IT position in banks?

Is it an IB?
If it is, 3.5K is too low.

Sounds like standard pay like government or normal company. What's the point of joining a bank and take all the stress and OT for such normal pay?
