This is a no brainer.

SIA MA program/'admin officer' post: Many ppl apply, most get rejected. Oh and did I mention the yearly staff travel freebies?

CPIB: Typical dead end quasi-uniform government service post that will just about accept anyone with average results and security clearance.

Sim uol can join as cpio? Wa lao
Ehh dun say so easy. CPIO is one of my dream job but they nv bother with my applications. Very sad. When I say dream..I mean it. Like some ppl want to go UBS..some want to be pilot. Deadend yes maybe...but I think it comes down to whether u like the work la. Tho its true la the workplace totally unglam. One small building in redhill. They really should at least house it in mha or police station...or a smaller shack downtown. Its not like as if they are 2nd grade cops.

Any cpio or ex cpio care to share how one can increase chance of being cpio?

Butthen this ts quite zai. Somemore got sia ao offer.

not sure whether they take results into consideration anot.
it'll take quite a while for them to get back to you, the application will close in feb and the next intake will only be in July, so i guess you'll have to wait for quite a while.
