why so many people keen to join CPIB? Sudden ignitied interest in pursuing future Cecilia Sue's?
CPIB is no different from police, scdf or army positions. Salary slightly higher than market rate, but experience is completely irrelevant to corporate working world. You might have some luck converting to a paralegal/compliance position, but good luck competing with the 1st class and 2:1 fresh grads who will be much younger than you.
Basically another one of those jobs where you join and rot there for the rest of your life.
