Hope not too late to reply. DON'T DECLARE! It's ******** that there is no stigma and this won;t affect since you are recovered. Most employers are close-minded and have absolute zero idea about mental illness.

I have completed the 2nd round of interview on 18 May and I was told to wait 1-2 weeks for an update. But on 23 May, HR has contacted me saying that they have just contacted my references and are in a midst of doing reference check. However, till now, there has not been an update every since my last correspondence with them on 23 May.

May I know from this situation, where do I stand in terms of getting hired? Any inputs are greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi does anyone knows how long does HSA takes to decide if you are shortlisted? I applied two weeks ago and status is still "submitted". Did not even change to "in progress"....

Hi, anyone knows how long will Vital get back to you to sign the letter of offer? Have accepted the HR offer via email last week. Have not done medical etc and proposed starting date is in 2 weeks. Really worried now..

Depends. It took them one month to contact me for an interview. During this time, no change in status.

Status only changed (pretty quickly) when they rejected me. So just keep applying for other jobs in the mean time.
