Applied for SB and got verbal offer and everything. Referees checks also done.
However HR is saying that it is pending external stakeholder. What does that mean?

Welcome to clearance hell.

Depending on what they need, either 2 weeks or 3++ months for clearance before you can be offered.

Mine took 20 days from non-G50 submission to final offer.

last time use to be 4-6 weeks for g50 clearance right?

Is it considered delulu for someone who worked a lawyer, about 2yoe, expect to enter civil service as senior assistant director? What title can they expect?
