When kena dismissal that time, they didnt openly say that kena banned for applying another CS job.
Notice that in the past, in the declaration column, they will ask whether u got kena dismissal before but nowaday seem like the dismissal thing is been omitted out from the declaration column.

Without knowing the specifics of your case (and assuming you were not subsequently charged and convicted in a court of law), the general rule of thumb based on IMs suggest you are blacklisted for 5 years (although, in practice, ministries/SBs may not actually check against your records).

I wasnt given a verbal offer but was asked to go for the raffles medical check-up by HR of the ministry of social and family development. This is unlike the norm of verbal offer, followed by the health check-up from what I heard from my friends.

Does going to a medical check-up equate to the high chance of being offered if the medical check-up turns up fine?
