Hi, anyone works in HR or if got similar experience can enlighten me please?
Currently I am working perm position in a SB and want to transfer to another sb, will my upcoming PB in March be forfeited if I were to accept the offer before PB payment?

Movement policy won’t forfeit your pb but some agency will hold back the pb for 1 year…..even if dun hold back pb….u cant resign for a period of time

u shd clarify with either side's HR if the lateral move affect your PB

both SBs in question r within same ministry or different?

Both are from different ministry mom > mti

You will usually be required to serve a min period in the new SB before your PB from the old SB is due to you. If you resign in the new SB within this min period, your PB will be forfeited.
