Hi guys, I've been working 1year 6 month in one of the chemical company at Jurong Island as a process technician. Well, my starting pay is around $1400++ and now it’s $1800++ and my company allowance is around $950. I’m wondering if I would get as fast increment if I’m working in Shell Seraya? Shell Seraya have been my dream to work at, as for now It’s my stepping stone for this company. So any could advise me on this? Thank you.

I heard Shell last year bonus is 8 months all inclusive. Shell seraya I think not so much openings , but Shell bukom on the other hand have more openings as I heard most of the staff are due for retirement.
If you are willing to work 8 hour shifts, think you will have a better chance with shell bukom.
