No, it doesn’t. It’s just part of your own personal professional learning but it does not raise CEP.

What is current pay scale for geo5 and seo 1

Thank you for the clarification! just wondering when the promotion to GEO 4 is going to come up...Been a GEO3 since 2016. Holding high stakes appointments such as discipline committee and level coordinator for IP areas. consecutively Bs and C+ while doing Masters part time. Maybe my CEP very low that the GEO 4 doesnt seem to be in sight...

Any drop in the merit increment ?

Merit increment is garbage this year. GEO3 A grade, +$169 only. Used to get this sort of MI with a C grade.

The merit increment is out on pac@gov but it seems like the quantum has decreased.. It used to be close to $200 but now it's only $130 despite having the same standard grade of C.

Yeah my MI is also surprisingly low this year. Ard $132. Last year $180.

Dk issit economy bad or issit I'm on the lower end of C grade
