Is it a macro method for MOE to cut wage cost or is it a hint from the school for teachers to retire early and move to FAJT?

2 years with C-? Have you ever reflected that its not an MOE issue, but a you issue?

It used to be that if you never have any major cockup, but you never do anything that is worthy of any special mention during ranking, you will get a C, which used to be 1.5 month PB, then it dropped to 1.25, then 1.1.

Now, that same performance seems to net you a C-, which even though they say its a "good" grade, comes with 0.75 month.

So that is not the norm in other schools er?

Since you want to be HOT and C- and C difference in PB is only 0.35 month, why does it matter? Just do what your PB justifies

Wow. So now standard C Is 1.1 month? No wonder, when I saw 1.1 month I was like what did I do wrongly. Only to know of someone in another school C also 1.1 month.

So for GEO scale, now standard C grade is no longer 1.5 month?
