It is a long walk for ladies.

Each office has its own setup. Some are better equipped.

Working hours depend on unit and even branch.

Same goes for OT.

Apologies if this question has already been asked before, but got a preliminary offer for a DXO role, but don't understand what the DX9'S' at the end stand for?

The "S" stands for senior". Basically every rank you go from "B" --> "S" --> "P", but I think everyone starts at "S".

Some start at B.

How to tell?

If the title is AM, it is B.

Mgr = S

Snr Mgr = P

Are you a DXO? Because if you are, I believe your understanding is incorrect. Each grade (i.e the number) is sub-divided into 3 pay zones: Basic (B), Senior (S), and Principal (P). Furthermore, your example is based on Snr Mgr estab positions only, which just nice is across 3 numbers (DX9-11) for 3 letters. But if it is an executive estab position, which means DX 6-7, how are you going to put 'B' 'S' 'P'? You only have 2 numbers for 3 letters.

Same here. Applied for a role in Jan. HR got back in Feb but till now still waiting for sec clearance. Anyone else still waiting? Or should I accept my other offers?
