In fact, many Malaysians can only survive if they work in Sg.

In their own country, they get a third of the pay with even more structured career constraints.

Singaporeans complaining about being overlooked for hiring, fresh grads in Singapore can't find jobs in their homeland, then want to tell foreigners that they are competent? Singaporeans are deluded.

I honestly dont think i am very bad lol, i have a local uni degree and i perform well at my job..but i just dk why i cant find my way to MNC

Because MNC really is about competence. They will sack you if you don't deliver. GLC and public service nua so long disconnected from MNC. I went to a MNC for interview and the interviewer ask me why I want to join them, I say I got a degree from local uni. The recruiter later told me that's not a good answer.

We got a local Uni degree. We are already there, what else do they want? I really don't understand why BBB these MNC don't want to hire public service or GLC people.

It is the same across the Causeway.

Just that the pay is less than 1/3.

And Singaporeans get more than 100 ringgit for just being Singaporeans.
