Damn, small world, huh 😂
Who would have known SIM Warrior mother kena fk by NUS BBA lol 😂

LOL at your level reveal specifics for what? Your level is local bank/ACN bracket (provided you even land the 3.8k job). Plenty and I mean PLENTY of SIM grads have done that before 🤣
Get your c*ck out of your mom’s mouth and start accepting the fact that you’re infatuated with us bro. It’s a good thing, you can learn from our success stories. How we managed to land >4K entry-level positions (BBs, Big Tech, F500) despite paying cheaper fees, flunking our diploma/As and having a less recognised cert.
Might be my hairy man legs, idk 🤷

Siao. She also say her son very obsessed with SIMians leh, everyday proclaiming SIMs beating local grads for positions in banks/ACN etc etc
Most likely inferiority complex lah. Last time never study hard, now relegated to lower tier in society liao. According to her, you should blame yourself, you know.
But i defend u brudder. I say some people brain just smoother. Nothing you can do about that lor. Not everyone can be banker/lawyer mah. Need some hawker cleaner/cashier also what. Dats what SIMs are for

Chill mate, it was just in reply to the fella who was showing off his Oz degree. If you read my post properly I didn't make it a big deal.
Not sure why it offends you. Sounds like insecurity.

You are suffering from many mental illnesses but never forget that you’re the epitome of inferiority complex LOL
Can find so many SIM grads on LinkedIn with 4K+ entry-level jobs (and since you like DBS so much, DBS GA roles too). Don’t get mad that you went to NUS, scored 85 RP and paid higher school fees but you’re still inferior to some of us.
Living in denial and posting childish crap wouldn’t help with your situation

Ah yes - just like that!
She keep asking me. Why me son so obsessed with linkedin? Everyday scroll linkedin, like full time job sia.
I say inferiority complex mah. Must justify decision (or lack of, LOL!) to enroll in SIM University (distance learning edition). It is normal human coping mechanism

think he just received rejection from DBS for a second time. took him a few days to digest but now it finally sunk it that there will DEFINITELY be SIM grads earning far more than him.

To be fair, NUS DDP is like Patek Phillipe compared to SIM UOL.

It's about having perspective in life. If you always think you're better than a certain group of people, then you're going to feel terrible when some of them invariably do better than you.
It's sort of like how some people do fantastically well in PSLE, then lose out to others in O levels who didn't do as well in PSLE. Success at any point in life isn't guaranteed. On the flipside, even if you messed up some of your exams, you still have a good chance to carve a living for yourself. That's the magic of meritocracy.
There's a very big luck component when it comes to career success, so if you don't make boatloads of cash, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're lazy or incompetent. Likewise, if you become successful, don't think you are inherently better than others just because you got to where you are.
