10 years in the same job or what ? I job hop many times and yes, my salary increased much from my very first job. I am currently happy with my salary. Not sure what is the market rate for my role. Some ppl can earn above 4k just for admin duties. I am happy just with my $3,000 gross salary monthly.

And I am more than 10 years into my industry , not in the same company.
