TikTok (Bytedance) vs Grab opportunity
Hi,
I am moving towards my mid-career (think late 20s-early 30s) sitting in a commercial role, I would appreciate any advice if Grab or Tiktok is a better opportunity in terms of pay, culture and exit opps?

In Singapore, grab pays way more than bytedance for both fresh grad and experienced.

No way Grab could have matched my offer at BD, plus I think their RSUs can only go one way - down.
