Congrats! I got an offer too. Can I check if your TC only includes base salary and bonuses as well? Want to make sure that I wasn't lowballed.

Guessing here. From the hiring team perspective, maybe they might not want to reject anyone so quickly in case there’s people who got the offer but rejected it. Then they can just offer to one of those that was not offered initially.

Can I just check what YOE were you at for the 8.75k? Is it freshgrad or 1 YOE? ty

Did you confirm with HR about point 3? They said that this batch is the biggest IIRC, from LinkedIn i remember about ~400 tracked applicants for SWE alone, still got other functions like DE, AI and Cyber. I don't think I did super well but I got the offer anyway (7.5k) lol, not sure how selective it is

From what he is saying, he is a fresh grad that got 7.5k. The 8.75k is just a guesstimate, nothing concrete. I can confirm with another point on 7.5k for fresh grad.

Yes, this was confirmed. interestingly HR shared that point, bc I was in disbelief that I got it (i genuinely felt like i wasn't fantastic during the rounds ar) i should clarify the <10 headcount specifically refers to PM roles only. i can't speak for DE/AI/Cyber sry.
