Any idea where it will start? Heard 3.5k for FCH. not sure if its real

Direct hires varies. But generally, 3.5K (4.3K gross) is the standard throughout the duration of management associate/graduate schemes like IMDA AIM, STB MA, EDB AP etc.

Classification will affect your increment after completion of the programme.

Sorry do you mean 4.3k salary, then minus 20% CPF contribution is 3.5k?

And the employer contribute 17% on top of 4.3k which is a separate thing

yep think that's what he meant. basically 3.5k is what you'll see in your bank (and not cpf) account.

EDB is 4.3k, MAS is 4.4k and ESG is 4.1k. received all 3 offers

this is gross (before 20% cpf deduction) same as above.
