will hit 5k base after 2nd year. note that for EDB and MAS the bonuses are quite solid so the annual package is already 60k for starting salary if you include the bonuses. so you shouldn't just look at the base salary. these stat boards don't follow ministry bonuses.

If you get into a graduate scheme/MA, everyone gets the same pay throughout the duration.
Only on the next payroll after completion of the programme will the initial classification increment kick in. (FCH +500 etc.)
Afterwards it’s all merit-based and office politicking hehe.
