I have go thru the first interview with department head + manager. Now i have a 2nd interview with the HR manager. Anyone know what will it be like?

Sorry. I have done with the first interview with the dep. head and managers for a credit analyst role. Now i'm going to the 2nd phone interview with HR manager, what will this phone interview most likely be?

I can't be too certain, but for my experience, usually the HR would ask fit/behavioral questions (again) and probably ask for your salary expectations.

Without more information, you're probably better off searching on glassdoor for the common questions asked by the company, some might want to see if you have a cultural fit to their values so its good to read up on their company's values and philosophy

Different company different process. Spoken with the hiring ppl, HR will be for mainly salary maybe?

The 2nd interview will be tougher, most likely asking you whether you have any relevant work experience that the boss really need (things that apply to the new company demand.) If you can answer and demonstrate your abilities on the spot, you are almost as good as securing the job.
