Too. It also depends on how many rounds totally to get the job. For example, Google normally will have 4-5 rounds for one employee to get hire. So the subjects will depends on that. May be they will ask you the quesitons like Why Should We Hire You? or Do you have any quesiton?.

I facing third round/ final round of interview last Friday two weeks ago. The interview lasted around 1.5 hours. During the interview, I felt positive especially when the interviewer was asking about whether my current company allows my notice period (1 month) to be bought out. The interviewer also kept focusing on how good the job role and team are.

However, one week plus has passed and there is no news. Should I follow up and move on?

Any experienced can advise on this.

If the interview went positive, then stay positive.

I just got a role after 6 rounds of interviews. My 2nd last interview went very well too but they took 3 weeks to get back to me to schedule the last round (before that they were scheduling 2 rounds of interviews a week) so it’s very normal. You’d never know what’s happening behind closed doors.

However, yes, do follow up. There’s no harm. All the best!
