Why boss wont share? Anyway if inform 1st mar like weird. PB grade normally informed in mid march.

Cant be inform promotion before PB grade.

Ur supervisor will ask you to do the appraisal thingy. U see the next review date. 1-2 before ur next review date, they will offer u the perm contract. Unless u f up big time. I rarely see people never kena offer perm.

During 1st March, HR will email you to notify you and ask whether you accept the promotion. Afterwards it will be formalized on 1st April.

Wow I didnt know that promotion also got choice to accept or reject?

I thought performance must be above average then they will offer perm?
