Its not that they can claw back, but that the date is 31 Mar. if you receive earlier, its still 31 Mar as the date of PB so 30 Apr as last day is probably correct.

i just saw the faq, it clearly stated, as long as tender resignation before or on pb day then not eligible. so just tender the day after is fine im sure

it doesnt make sense to try to package in. announcing a salary review has better optics and a better morale booster

Issit possible if u currently MX12 holding executive position, then boss inform that u will be posted to a higher job role, Assistant Director in this coming May. Then come June, u will be promoted to MX11 (which is the norm for AD position) Issit possible?

Or need to wait 1 more year for them to access u first to see if u fit for AD role before they can promote u to MX11? Or promotion can be instant once u take over high job role, means u will be promoted?

first yr B, second yr C+, what is the chance for promotion? my RO said he put me in the promotion list! TIA
