MX 11A, B, 3.5 mth

GEO4, B, 2.75

Was 2.1 for C+ last year.

Mx 11 C 2 mths. I was expecting 1.75. Or is 2 normal. Means mx 11 C+ is 2.5? And B is 3?

Odd. Those saying lower quantum...

I got higher than last year for the same grade. What gives?

The lowest PB in my 7-year career...

Just wondering who actually gets A? I heard from wife there might only be one teacher in a cluster. And if get A, it is sure promotion of course.
Is that true? Just curious.

Not true. More than one teacher in my school get A & it is not equivalent to promotion either

For my 2 promotions within 6 years. My grades were just C.

I got C+ last year, and B+ this year. Got promoted to MX11 this year.

pro-rated PB of 1.5 months... (i should be glad that at times like this, i am still getting a bonus lol)
