im mx11a...got a technical c this year..
havent got any info about pb..but im suspecting its 2 months..
mi got no idea...but will be pissed if its below 3%

Gosh, most including SBs made known already. Which SB or public service is yours? Most Ministries credit pb by 22nd Mar.

Very upset that im given a C- despite only joining in Oct last year. Wth.....I thought <1yr officers get standard grade one? Means I cannot stay in my company liao.

1)it's about the long run, the longer you work, the more you know your job and expand your experience and get higher chances of improving your grades;
2)it's also being game despite the grade and working towards visibility and higher recognition over time.
3)resilience, being a good sportsmanship. It always win.
