Default Clarification on superscale salary grades

My husband in the armed forces and he said certain LT-Colonel grades are superscale grades and he estimates that soldiers on those grades earn above $13k pm

MOE said entry Superscale grade is grade H and "for an experienced principal on the Senior Education Officer (SEO) Superscale H, the annual pay package will increase from $168,000 to $193,000 for a good performer and from $185,000 to $218,000 for an outstanding performer"

So that's works out to around $12k per month..

But what bugs me is that PSD said the entry Superscale grade is Grade G (SR9) and their annual package is $398,000 which means they earn more than $18k per month..

So I was wondering what is the base package for entry superscale grade? Does it differ between ministries? What is the rough annual package of entry Superscale civil servants? Thanks!
