Anyone knows if they have started shortlisting people for this programme already? Applied back in February (early Feb), but no updates until now... Does that mean that I am not accepted anymore?

NUS, second lower. I didn't want to apply, but at the career fair, the staff mentioned that I should just apply coz "there's no harm applying"...
