Anyone work for Casino (RWS/MBS) ? What are the salary range and benefit ?

Next week having an interview for an IT post as Senior Manager in RWS .

What is the benefit , salary range , benefit and working culture ?

Heard the staff have free SGD600 dining perk within the hotels ..


Any one work in MBS ? can share the culture ?

20% is reasonable. Why would a person with a good job hop if less than 20%. However, if u must have the job then.....

Turnover is very high at the hotel side. The entire hotel and convention centre is overrun by foreign talent that are great at avoiding work esp those that speak good English.

If you manage the casino only, should be OK. But if u do the hospitality side, can be demanding.
I heard that RWS is much better than MBS.

Then again, 10k buddy. Gross before bonus 6k... Not bad during this very soft job market.

For RWS Senior Manager, they have free entry to casino for immediate family members (spouse, parents, kids if > 21).

HAHAHAHAHAHA, WTF, hsien yang and I went to casino last week with grab driver who was arrested, all of us were made to scan our ICs and made payment.....

All casino employees cannot gamble in both IR .. all local must pay 150 . this is not true
