Anyone can share how much will a new vp2 in uob earning in risk and control function (line 2 or 3)?

Graded 4 in blue red in control function. 6 months bonus + 4% increment.
Is that ok?

Red bank, low double digits increment and 5.x months bonus (non promotion year)
