Grandeur Park Residences @ Tanah Merah MRT
Grandeur Park Residences will be the next T anah Merah New Condo by CEL Development. This Tanah Merah site was bought at the price of S$419.38 which was translate to S$761 per sq ft per plot ratio. The New Condo land size of 24,394sqm, can yield a maximum Gross Ground Area (GFA) 51,228 sqm.
Grandeur Park Residence will benefit from it close proximity to Tanah Merah MRT. Chip Eng Seng said that about 500 sqm of the gross floor area will be used for a childcare center. It also proposed to build about 720 residential units with full condominium facilities.
CEL Development Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd.
