Yishun New Launch Condo
Yishun New Launch Condo is initially named as Nee Soon and is located in the Northern region of Singapore. It has nine sub-zones and it mainly surrounds the Yishun New Launch Condo Planning Area which includes the Nee Soon private residential estates and the Yishun New Launch Condo New Town. With a total area of 21sq km, there are about 180,000 locals residing in this suburban area.
Yishun New Launch Condo is generally composed of condominiums and public housing flats. With future residential developments constructed in the area, the cost of Yishun New Launch Condo HBD estates are expected to make high recognition in the future for an investment.
