Upcoming Condo project at Yishun
Northpoint City is the next up and coming commercial and residential development by established developer Frasers Centrepoint. This mixed development will be located in the heart of Yishun. North Park Residences is part of the residential development in the entire project. There will be a total of 920 units in the development. The current North Point shopping mall will be reconstructed and merged with Northpoint city, transforming into one of the biggest suburban shopping malls in Singapore.
The Residents of North Park Residences will get to enjoy the full integrated facilities once the development of the Northpoint City is completed. There will be a community club based within Northpoint City which is the first in Singapore. A shopping underpass which links directly to the Yishun MRT station and surrounding amenities from Northpoint City will be built. The bus interchange in Yishun will remained and be transformed to a fully air-conditioned interchange with 23 bus services.
