AR used up copilot credits to do his personal project and asked EM to get credit top-up from ship-hats, and some more pretending he is very hard working. This EM proceeded to to request for top-up without checking his work. What a blind EM!!!

why hire so many ARs who hang around with no work to do? they end up doing their personal project, school homework or working on another short-term project assigned by their company (of cuz not the team they are attach to)
at least put some oversight to make sure these ARs are fully utilized like tracking their velocity or code changes they commit to gitlab
if EM can't manage so many ARs, don't hire them.
if the ARs are in a fully outsourced team and EM doesn't have oversight of their work, use scope-based or outcome-based contract instead of time and material.

Yes, EM got a quota to manage folks, be it AR or anyone. In order to promote, that's one of the criteria
Same goes to H to I. No choice

"Dear all,
We are making some leadership changes because the current setup clearly isn’t working.
Digital transformation has apparently become too big, too messy, or too badly handled for one person to carry alone, so we are now spreading the work across three leaders and calling it “investing more leadership attention.”
In plain English, two other people will now be stepping in to pick up parts of what should probably have been handled properly under the existing role.
Also, just to be clear, I don’t actually know whether I’m still supposed to be doing digital transformation or not, because this email somehow managed to announce a major change while making everyone less clear about who is doing what.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we present this as the latest attempt to save the botched transformation."
