Usually project ask you charge to bd is cos they claim not enough budget. If it’s true then the rca is the high management didn’t plan the budget properly on the project lo. Shouldn’t they be the one getting reprimanded or to learn their lesson but funny those under end up suffering

There are so many consulting firms around. Just google it.

Depending on your capabilities - Big 3? Big 4? And if really CMI, got small firms around.

Since the folks here speak like experts, shouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise, maybe they’re not cut for consulting business. Don’t the business of consulting is about b*t*h around their projects.

Look There are two type of peoples in Accenture now

1. The people who are awake and know the problem of ACN, who refused to be enslaved by the system, and acknowledge the current system have a problem, there are many unfair promotion. Down with Mark Tham and Benny

2. The people who are stand with the company, see the issue lies with the worker, think whatever issue happen, is not the company fault. Loyalist with Mark and Benny. This type of people generally benefit from the promotion of the company. Always like to say "If you don't like the company so much...you are welcome to change...", "Maybe the problem lies with you, not the company...?" etc

You just go through motion everyday. Siam work and keng as much as you can? Since you know that you won’t be promoted in the coming cycle anyway. I hate myself for having such work attitude / ethics but seems like this is the only way to preserve my mental sanity
