during year end promo, she also nvr do anything to help or support her BA, just keep saying positive positive...

Now I heard the BA one by one roll off, either by choice or force to roll off by M****

M**** and M** K** good friend, all same pattern one la~

Have been seeing and hearing bad reviews and experiences with this project but the company don’t do anything about it? Especially with how its leaders are practising and doing things clearly it’s not ethical and not what the company preaches to do right. Ironic how they choose to close two eyes and not punish the leads but instead those under them who are the one fighting all the fires on ground suffer

I gt a feeling the management long long time know or even in cahoot with them

as long as they bring $$$ in, they can close two eye and let them be the "bad guy"

In short ah all these problematic project got one thing in common all H&PS nia. Now ongoing ones are NBS IRAS MINDEF ICA CPF LTA

i m interested to know how is the working environment is like in the ica project?

is it very security tight? have to go office daily? do they have internet access? need to OT regularly?
how is the bosses there?

I gt some friend in Singpass project

gt 1 guy go back India recently, cos they cut manpower, before he left, he was quite angry, cos he say the management promise to help him find project, end up nvr help him, he cannot stay in SG anymore

My point is, when you all deal with those L6 or L5 people, be very careful and dun just rely on them base on trust

My experience, most L5 and L6 is not there to be friend with you
