That person will just destroy you entirely, what you said is the truth and as per my experience. Hope ACN management looks into that person performance and reconsider that person suitability within ACN.

I don't understand what you talking about. If the CAL or Talent lead wants to kill individual project even further at faster pace, let them go ahead. Let's see how dissatisfied staff will make them lose even more money

What's Changing:
Effective from the start of FY26, the transport allowance will no longer be extended to new hires joining the company on or after that date. This change helps streamline our approach to benefits and ensures consistency across evolving workforce practices.
What Stays the Same for Current Employees:
Current employees who are eligible and receiving the transport allowance as of FY25 will continue to receive the same existing allowance amount, even if they experience a job change or internal move (between ML5-13).
The allowance amount will remain at the current level, and will not be adjusted based on role or level changes (between ML5-13).
Looking Ahead:
To better support business travel needs, we will also be updating our transport reimbursement guidelines. These will be published under T&E Policy 0063_C40 and shared at the FY26 policy rollout.
We are committed to providing fair and consistent policies that support both our people and the business. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your HR partner by 31 August 2025.
Warm regards,
Mark Tham
Singapore Country Managing Director
