Hi guys, sorry if this is abit off-topic, I just came off from an online interview with the HR and manager for the tech role here at ACN.

So at the end of the interview I asked them like what is the work life balance here like, then the HR replied me: "Don't worry that is something you don't have to worry about".

Can I ask what does he mean? Like the work life balance here is great? Or I don't need to worry about it because I won't be getting the role...

How come yall got the tech analyst interview one.. honestly i rather have the interview to ask more about this role. Dk if i was dumb to just accept the offer without knowing anything or requesting for interview.. haizz

I think the skills are mostly softskills lor. Thats why if you dont pick up things on your own then the exit opportunities like nothing

Soft skill is real.
After I become programmer for 10 years.
I don't know how to speak to customer anymore.

And when I do.. I talk in classes, functions, objects.
They don't understand.

It's only after I quit programming and take up design architect instead then I got back my soft skills.

my second year here, i worked til 8-9pm at most and go for late dinner. anything past 9pm i say No. next day then do.
if you can't finish it in 12hrs in office, whats the point of staying for another 3-4 hrs. really stupid

But the issue is when the manager stays till past midnight you have no reason not to. It's really bad for your image
