Health Tech Consultant
Hi, anyone knows what's the average pay range for a Senior Analyst direct hire for the Health Tech Consultant (Epic) role? Also, how bad is the work life balance, and how real is the unlimited paid leave policy?

Fake news. If you are good, you will be marked as talent priority and pushed for promotion. If no promotion, will get a good bonus too.

I heard in a town hall meeting a few months ago that there will be a 10% PIP in ACN SG this year.
Unfortunately, I was selected by my project director from my previous project for questionable reasons, just like many others. Even if you perform well and your team gives you excellent feedback during TD, it seems to be of no use.
After that, I joined another temporary role for two months because the main project (as a Software Engineer) hasn’t started yet. During this time, I received positive performance feedback from my supervisor for my work over the past month.
I shared this information with HR today, and they suggested that I use this temporary role to go through the PIP, as the company has asked them to initiate the PIP process starting in December. And if I proceed now, my PIP could be completeld by December.
Should I accept this suggestion, or should I push to delay the PIP until the main project starts and begin the process then?
Also, does anyone know about the severance package for employees placed on PIP in SG?
