I have stayed for 2 months they ask you to take up some trainings

Possible, but didn't happen to me
If you think about it in terms of pay, managers bench 1 month = analysts bench 2-3 months so the people should talk to the managers on bench first

Analysts are considered low cost and can bench few months they won't fire you.

Now no projects ah? Damn bad wtf or is just my hr partner incapable lmao
