You should re-read. I didn't say all 100% local ones are great, I said "some" seems really good. And not offshore are hopeless either.

No surprise, SG tech sector is a joke just full of dog devs.

Even FAANG like Google, Meta etc that are SG based all work on dogcrap projects that no one gives a f about while the devs in the US region get to work on upcoming and high traffic projects.

CL10 is the worst. No increment for most levels mainly (CL11-9) for the past 2 years unless u get promotion. So those CL10 stuck for 2 years all getting 5.4k for the past 2 years
